Artificial Intelligence (AI). In this day and age, subscribing to or utilizing one or two AI tools for work has become common sense, right? When it comes to large language models (LLMs) alone, such as Chat GPT, GEMINI, and Claude, a significant number of models are fiercely competing. Beyond the LLM market, in areas like image, video, and music, countless models like NanoBanana, Midjourney, Dall-E, SORA, and Runway are in a heated battle for market share. Nowadays, it's rare to find a bulletin board or dashboard without a chatbot, and it's becoming more natural for chatbots to handle customer service (CS) rather than human agents.
